Piping Engineer

We are committed to delivering safe, innovative, and high-quality engineering solutions. We are seeking an experienced Site Piping Engineer to join our team in Paradeep, Odisha.

This pivotal role involves managing and supervising all piping construction activities at the project site. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing piping erection, fabrication, and testing, along with contractor management, quality compliance, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and safe project execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Piping Construction & Execution: Supervise piping fabrication, erection, installation, and testing activities as per approved drawings and specifications. Ensure execution of piping works in accordance with project schedules and quality requirements. Review piping isometrics, P&IDs, GA drawings, plot plans, and piping layouts for site execution.
• Testing & Mechanical Completion: Supervise hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, flushing, reinstatement, and line clearance activities. Ensure timely completion of punch points and preparation of mechanical completion dossiers. Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections, testing, and documentation.
• Contractor & Site Management: Manage subcontractors and construction crews for piping activities. Monitor daily progress and ensure productivity targets are achieved. Coordinate with civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams for smooth project execution.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with project specifications, piping standards, and construction procedures. Enforce HSE requirements, permit-to-work systems, and safe work practices. Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
