Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead and manage all civil and structural site activities for large-scale industrial EPC projects located at Paradeep, Odisha. This critical role encompasses overall responsibility for the execution, quality assurance, safety adherence, scheduling, coordination, and comprehensive resource management of all civil works at the project site.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Leading the complete civil & structural construction activities at the project site, including foundations, structural steel, RCC works, underground networks, paving, and buildings.
• Ensuring project execution strictly aligns with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Coordinating effectively with engineering, planning, procurement, QA/QC, and client teams.
• Monitoring progress, productivity, manpower deployment, and subcontractor performance.
• Reviewing construction methodologies, resolving site technical challenges, and driving cost control.
• Ensuring strict compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and project procedures.
• Providing strong leadership and guidance to site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
• Reporting project status, risks, and mitigation plans to project management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred).
• 18-25 years of extensive experience in EPC/EPCM project execution.
• Must have proven experience handling large industrial plant construction sites as a Civil Lead/Construction Manager.
• Strong expertise in industrial project civil execution and an in-depth understanding of construction sequencing, structural erection, and foundation works.
• Proven leadership in managing large site teams and subcontractors, coupled with excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Strong project coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of international construction standards and safety practices.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure project environments and manage tight schedules.
• Experience in fertilizer, chemical, refinery, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects is preferred.
